Subscription and the Non-profit price
Upgrade, change card, cancel or apply for the Non-profit price.
You manage the subscription under Settings → Subscription. Only the owner can make changes. See what each plan includes on the pricing page.
Upgrade to Pro
- Choose monthly or yearly payment and press Choose.
- Pay in the checkout that opens. Payment is handled by Paddle, which also sends the receipt.
- Your plan updates within a moment.
Change card, see receipts or cancel
Press Manage subscription and invoices to go to Paddle’s customer portal. You can also switch between monthly and yearly payment there.
The limit on Free
Free includes up to 50 borrowers, and everyone under People counts. When you reach the limit, the people you already have can still borrow and return as usual, but nobody new can be added. Upgrade to continue, or remove people you no longer need. The same goes for the catalog and QR codes: a new borrower is asked to contact you, and you get an email about it.
When you cancel
There is no minimum commitment, so you can cancel whenever you like. You keep your plan until the paid period ends, and the date is shown on the subscription page. Time already paid for is not refunded. The organization then moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: equipment, history and admins all stay. With more admins or borrowers than Free includes, you can’t add new ones, and open invitations are withdrawn.
Apply for the Non-profit price
- Under Settings → Subscription, describe your organization in the form. A website and registration number help us review it faster.
- Press Apply. We review it by hand and reply by email.
- Once you’re approved, the price shows up on the same page, and you choose it there.
