Export and delete data

Take your data with you, and delete the organization or your account.

You find all of this under Settings → Data.

Export lists

Download equipment, current loans, history and people as Excel or CSV. The lists in the app have export links too, which follow the filter you’ve chosen.

Export everything

The owner can press Export everything (ZIP) to get a file with equipment, categories, people, all loans and returns, bookings, admins and images. For security, we first send a code to confirm it’s you. The file contains personal data, so keep it safe.

Delete the organization

1. The owner presses Delete the organization and confirms with a code by email.
2. Type the organization’s name, tick the box and confirm.

The organization disappears for everyone at once, and every admin is told by email. Any subscription is cancelled at the end of the paid period. After 30 days everything is deleted for good, including equipment, people, loans, bookings and images.

Changed your mind? Go to My account and press Undo the deletion within 30 days.

Delete your own account

Go to My account and press Delete my account. It’s deleted at once and can’t be undone, while what you registered in your organizations stays. If you own an organization, hand it over to another admin or delete it first.
