Print QR labels

Create a PDF with labels for your equipment, ready to print.

1. Go to Equipment and press Print labels. To do just one category, filter the list first.
2. Tick the equipment you want labels for.
3. Choose a format: 24 per A4 sheet, 65 per A4 sheet or One large per page.
4. Press Create PDF and print.

Print at actual size (100 %), not “Fit to page”, so the labels land right on the sheet.

Options

• Start at label no. lets you use a sheet where some labels are already gone.
• At the top of the label you can have your organization’s name or logo. They don’t fit on the smallest labels.
• Draw lines to cut along helps when you print on plain paper.

A single label

Open an item, and you’ll find its QR code with Print label, as well as downloads in SVG and PNG.
