Invite admins

Let colleagues help out, and see what the owner and admins can each do.

1. Go to Settings → Admins. Only the owner can invite.
2. Enter the person’s email address and press Send invitation.
3. They get an email with a link that is valid for 7 days. They don’t need an account beforehand.

Owner or admin?

• Admins manage equipment, loans, borrowers and bookings.
• The owner can also change the organization’s settings, invite and remove admins, manage the subscription and delete the organization. Each organization has one owner.

How many can you be?

Free includes 2 admins, and Pro and Non-profit include 10. The owner counts, and so do invitations that haven’t been accepted yet.

Hand over ownership

Press Make owner next to an admin. We send you a code to confirm that it’s you. You stay on as an admin, and only the new owner can give ownership back.
