Book equipment for someone

Reserve equipment for later, and hand it out when the day comes.

1. Go to Equipment, open the item and press Book.
2. Enter who it’s for, and the From and To dates. If there are several identical things, choose how many.
3. Press Save booking.

A booking can be at most 90 days long, and can start up to a year ahead. If not enough is free on those dates, you’re told. If something on loan is due back too late, or has no return date, you can book anyway if you know it will be back in time.

Handing it out

Go to Bookings → Upcoming, open the booking and press Hand out now. It becomes a loan, with the end date as return date. Overview shows what to hand out today.

Changing or cancelling

Open the booking and choose Change dates or quantity or Cancel booking. You can add a message, and the person is told by email if they have an address.
